Sarah has a Master’s Degree in research as well as her Neuro- Linguistic Programming certification, but most importantly, she has been told she has a “Ph.D. in Life.” She understands the difficulty and delight of rebuilding and rebranding yourself after multiple areas of life fall apart all at once. She lives in the truth of turning tragedy into triumph and making a beautiful life out of broken pieces. Most importantly when you are in her presence you will know you are safe and loved. You truly have someone on your side walking with you in the tough spaces. You will feel as if you have known her for years even if you have only known her a few minutes. Even difficult conversations are comfortable in the safe space of Sarah.
Life coaching involves a regularly scheduled 60minute phone call every two weeks and a check in email in between sessions. During this time we will discuss the following:

- Assess where you currently are.
- Review your resources and options.
- Create an action plan.
- Strategize ways to keep you motivated.
- Construct ways to keep pushing you toward your goals.
- Celebrate the awesome successes along the way.
