Steps to Healing:

1.Write yourself a permission note forgiving yourself for not understanding how the game worked.

2.Go over the rules often!  Make sure you understand how this is played.  THIS is the list of red flags.  Watch this video over and over.  Tape up the rules on your mirror. Learn the game so you never have to relive the game.
